The Irish send a bit of a raiding party to this race, but it's not one in which they have been successful previously. 3yo's look the way to go, and Dandalla looks interesting. With all the pace seemingly on the outside she runs the risk of getting caught back from a low stall which is probably the biggest concern in a race like this. She ran up with the pace on the majority of her 2yo starts though, so she definitely can do it, and with no pace around her on the inside she might just find herself naturally in a more prominent position in a race where horses tend to skip away from the front. She shaped last time in the Bullet like these extra yards will suit, staying on past beaten rivals but not quite having enough track to take 2nd. Ben Curtis is booked for Burke, and he has been in cracking mood placing with 7 of his last 10, and 7 of his last 8 non handicaps here this season. He has been on board for her best runs this season, and certainly her best career runs so that looks a plus for this strong traveler.
